Job Description

Responsibilities:

  •    Drive long-term workforce planning to ensure the region has the right talent, capabilities, and capacity to support business growth.
  •    Develop strategic  recruitment plans that optimize sourcing channels, resource allocation, and hiring timelines.
  •    Provide strategic oversight of the full talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring role clarity, effective selection processes, and strong 

     candidate experience from screening through onboarding.

  •   Lead and execution of the performance management framework, enabling leaders to assess capability, elevate performance,

    and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

  •   Identify strategic capability gaps and implement development solutions
  •   Partner with senior leadership to support major organizational initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in Human Resources management, preferably in a multi-site, matrixed environment
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across the region.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to analyze HR data and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Ability to travel within the northern region as required.
