- Follow up in documentation (digital).
- Welcome Email & Pre-Employment Forms.
- ID/Badge Request - Report to Security.
- IT Access &Working Tools Request.
- Payroll Input/Communication.
- Employee and Manager Briefing and confirmation of new hire.
- Kits for new hires - Employment contract downloaded from ADP), email sends to each new hire with the Employment Contract, Benefits.
- New Employees Contract Signing Session - during the onboarding, the payroll team has a meeting with the new hires for the signature.
- Digital file preparation: New Hire File (Digital).
- Complete File – sends hard copy to the vendor of Resende employees.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Communication and interpersonal skills, agile and autonomous.
Software Knowledge:
Experience:
- Previous experience in recruitment and/or onboarding and/or payroll hiring process.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
Languages:
- English – Intermediary (will be considered a plus)
