In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders and employees across multiple distribution locations—strengthening culture, supporting development, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being out in the business, and want broad HR exposure across multiple sites, this is the perfect next step in your HR career.

What You’ll Do

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted resource to leaders and employees on HR policies, benefits, and workplace practices.
  • Conduct and support investigations, analyze trends, and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Foster a positive regional workplace culture through stay interviews, surveys, and employee engagement activities.
  • Resolve employee concerns with fairness and consistency.

Recruiting & Onboarding Support

  • Partner with hiring managers across the region on job requirements and recruiting strategies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to screen, interview, and recommend candidates for select roles.
  • Lead new-hire orientation and guide leaders through effective onboarding practices.
  • Coach managers on interview techniques and selection best practices.

Regional Talent Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate impactful learning opportunities across the West/Northwest region.
  • Support continuous learning and development for employees and leaders.
  • Coach leaders as they build capability within their teams.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across regional sites.

Performance Management

  • Guide managers through performance reviews, goal-setting, and career development conversations.
  • Support the creation of performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Help ensure alignment with company talent philosophy across multiple locations.

HR Data & Insights

  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to identify regional trends and influence business decisions.
  • Serve as an escalation point for employee questions spanning compliance, compensation, performance, and development.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR Generalist or comparable HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites.
  • Comfort with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with professionalism and discretion.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% across the West and Northwest region.

Why This Role Matters

You’ll be a key partner to our distribution leaders—driving consistency, supporting employee growth, and shaping culture across a large, impactful region. You’ll join a collaborative HR team that prioritizes development, ownership, and continuous improvement.
