HR Generalist Manager for North America & Latam
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced bilingual HR Generalist Manager to join our Service Delivery Hub team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing HR Generalist team to deliver effective and efficient Human Resources (HR) support across North America (NA) and Latin America (LATAM).
This leader will be a key player within the Service Delivery Hub, ensuring seamless, high-quality HR support for employees and managers across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, and Chile.
This candidate needs to have strong knowledge of North America HR Processes.
In this role, you will:
Lead, retain, and develop a customer-oriented team, fostering a culture of accountability to deliver timely, quality services that meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Manage operational performance against established metrics, utilizing case management functionality, and collaborating with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner to ensure optimal service delivery.
Partner with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute programs, plans, and policies, ensuring team compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
Understands fully the functionality of case management to ensure optimal performance by both internal and external teams (3rd party vendor)
Interface with Regional HR Business Partners, Global HR Business Partners, and COEs. Serves as an escalation point
Manage change control process / governance
The ideal candidate will have:
Ten (10) years or more of progressive experience in Human Resources, with working knowledge of supporting HR business processes within a shared service environment.
Strong knowledge of HR service delivery models and a proven ability to monitor and improve SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Proven ability to manage and develop people for five (5) to eight (8) years, build strong stakeholder partnerships, and demonstrate exceptional conflict resolution skills in fast-paced, complex environments.
1-2 years' working experience managing supplier relationships and holding suppliers accountable for achieving agreed to performance levels
Bachelor’s degree (required) and strong English and Spanish language proficiency; working knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
