🚀 About the Role
 

We are seeking an HR Shared Services Analyst responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving internal HR processes, ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality operations. This role will be key in building and maintaining a scalable infrastructure that optimizes HR systems, transactions, and services across the region, in collaboration with global teams and technology partners.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Execute advanced tasks in Workday such as data corrections, mass data loads, Workday Learning administration, and handling escalated requests.

  • Provide support for regulatory and data audits in alignment with business needs.

  • Generate and deliver ad hoc reports requested by internal teams.

  • Support lifecycle management of systems administered by Shared Services (Workday, Jira, among others), including access roles, enhancements, data quality, testing, and training.

  • Develop and audit knowledge articles related to system procedures and instructions.

🧩 Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), ideally Workday.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong results orientation.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
