We are looking for a team-oriented HR Consultant to strengthen our consulting services we provide to our organization.Responsible for delivering comprehensive HR consulting to line management and employees across a diverse workforce in Geneva (Private Banking, COO, CRO etc.)
Consulting, coaching and supporting line managers in performing their managerial and leadership function and the employees along the whole employee life cycle
Fostering strong partnership with the business at all levels of the organisation, regular exchange with line management on HR key topics
Handling of complex employee relation cases in close collaboration with our HR Legal department and other internal and external stakeholders
Support recruiting and onboarding together with our Talent Acquisition Desk (TAD)
Supporting HR Business Partners in implementing HR core processes such as Compensation-, Performance Review, Talent Management, Reorganisation, etc. in close collaboration with other HR competence centre (HR Support, Pension Fund, Payroll, Compensation)
Redundancy and exit management: Supporting line managers and employees in all kinds of exit scenarios (resignations, low performer management, behaviour related terminations, restructuring measurements based on social plan, termination agreements)
Maintaining our core HR system “HR Connect” (Workday) and continuously develop own expertise in handling it
Actively participating in HR projects
Relevant educational and professional background, ideally in HR
Several years of professional experience in a similar role (min. 2 years), preferably in financial sector
Skilled and practiced in advising, coaching and recruiting
Confident in dealing with line managers and employees of different personalities in an international environment
Ability to build an internal network based on credibility and trust, integrity and discretion are essential
Ability to react and adapt to a constantly changing and demanding environment and to deal with different cultures and backgrounds
Natural team player, empathic and resilient personality, charisma, power of persuasion and good judgement skills
In-depth knowledge in Swiss employment law
Sophisticated verbal and written communication and presentation skills in French and English
Proficient user of relevant IT systems (MS Office, Workday)
