As a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at Flix, you will make an impact by providing a strategic HR support on all key people processes to leaders and managers across the Europe East business region.
The role is based in Warsaw and available immediately.
About the Role
Provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and career development.
Execute and oversee core HR processes such as onboarding, employee development, performance reviews, and merit cycles.
Support the business in achieving goals through workforce planning, organizational change, talent development, and strengthening company culture.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, stay current on employment legislation and HR best practices to minimize risk.
Drive a positive employee experience and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
Champion HR process improvements and digitization using tools like Workday, automation, and internal knowledge sharing.
Monitor HR KPIs and workforce metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend continuous improvements.
About You
4+ years of work experience as HR Business Partner or People Partner role, preferably in a regional or international context
Good knowledge of labor law in at least one Eastern European country
Experience in advising and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle, with the ability to influence leaders at various levels
Hands-on experience in HR processes: onboarding, performance management, talent development, and compensation cycles etc
Data-driven approach with proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors); able to analyze metrics and turn insights into action
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, paired with structured thinking to tackle complex challenges using clear problem-solving strategies
Fluent in Polish & English is a must (written and spoken); additional Eastern European languages are a plus
