Join us as an HR Business Partner!

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team at Euronext on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. The position is based in Porto and will start as soon as possible.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Acting as the key liaison with the Heads of business segments, providing support on complex HR issues and identifying opportunities for improvements, efficiencies and new projects.
  • Supporting the strategy and development of teams, with a strong focus on the employee lifecycle including onboarding, learning and development, performance management, talent management and offboarding.
  • Supporting the talent acquisition team in validating the open positions versus the target operation model and internal benchmarks.
  • Contributing to the implementation of HR strategies to meet the needs and requirements of the business segments, ensuring alignment with Euronext’s overall objectives.
  • Ensuring that all local HR policies comply with relevant legislation and are well-implemented within the organisation, supporting their alignment across Euronext countries.
  • Overseeing accurate administration and registration of benefits, HR data and HR reporting, managing and supporting the HR administrator.
  • Providing excellent HR services to management and employees, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of support throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Developing a strong network with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive HR environment.
  • Supporting and advising managers on organisational development, change management and employee relations matters.

Your profile:

  • Successful and proven work experience in HR management, preferably with international exposure.
  • Strong experience in supporting the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, performance management and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, team spirit, cultural awareness and strong relationship-building abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and rigour in applying and explaining rules and policies.
  • Demonstrated managerial capabilities, with excellent listening and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement plans, projects and policies, and manage these effectively.
  • Excellent command of English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
