The HR Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to various business areas across all Human Resources processes. The main objective of this role is to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as to manage the pre-payroll process, guaranteeing accurate personnel administration and adherence to labor regulations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Capture, validate, and manage employee incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, bonuses, commissions, leaves, overtime, etc.).

• Review and validate information sent to the payroll department, ensuring calculation accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

• Record and update employee movements in internal systems, and coordinate with IMSS and INFONAVIT.

• Monitor and validate attendance and punctuality reports, ensuring accurate information for pre-payroll processing.

• Maintain both physical and digital employee files, safeguarding contracts, employee changes, and documentation.

• Provide support to employees regarding inquiries related to payments, incidents, pay slips, and benefits.

• Prepare reports and HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, incidents, and labor cost reports.

• Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and STPS regulations.

• Collaborate in recruitment, onboarding, and internal communication processes as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-payroll and personnel administration.

• Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and experience using payroll systems (e.g., SUA, IDSE, NOI, SAP, NOMIPAQ, TRESS, etc.).

• Intermediate to advanced English level.

• Attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and service orientation.
