Key Accountabilities

• Manage HRIS implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs

• Collaborate with business units to identify recruitment needs and work with talent acquisition team for hiring

• Design and deliver orientation and onboarding programs; oversee probation review processes

• Partner with the business to support talent development initiatives and performance management cycles

• Provide expert counsel to managers and employees on employee relations, mitigating risks and ensuring effective resolution

• Drive internal communication and engagement initiatives to enhance organizational culture

• Support execution of APAC/global HR projects as assigned   

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related discipline.

Technical Competence & Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office suite and HR technologies
  • Self-motivated with strong proactive results orientation
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management abilities
  • Highly adaptable with quick learning agility
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance

Relevant Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience; 2-3 years in an HR Business Partner role preferred
  • Specialized expertise in 1-2 HR functional areas (e.g. Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition,) is a plus

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

  • Good oral and written English communication skills required.
