As the HR Administrative Coordinator (HR Coordinator), you are responsible for providing support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of the Human Resources department. Assist the management team in every aspect of human resources including workforce planning and staffing, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits.
What you'll be doing:
Provides administrative support to the HR department to include, but not limited to: entering performance reviews and reprimands, administration of the company uniforms, I9 tracking, unemployment paperwork, and entering time off requests.
Acts as a resource to employees by answering questions regarding human resources or labor relations related topics.
Responsible for maintaining accurate information on the company employment website. Develops job postings from job descriptions. Composes and places employment advertisements on various media sources. Coordinates attendance at job fairs or other recruitment activities as needed.
Works with management to determine manpower requirements and keeps the manpower job postings and documentation up to date.
Welcomes employees on their first day by completing new hire paperwork and facilitating new hire orientation.
May assist in the recruitment of professional and technical employees. Involved with screening applications, conducting phone interviews and coordinating interviews.
Maintains applicant flow logs and efficient search files. Ensures accurate records are maintained in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
Completes employment offers and paperwork for temporary employees moving to regular, full time positions.
Assists in the documentation of company policies, procedures, and practices.
Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned.
Back-up to reception area.
What you should have:
2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.
2 Year / Associate Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.

The starting base pay range for this position is $23.75/hour - $29.34/hour and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
