This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

HPE Financial Services (HPEFS) creating smarter IT Lifecycles.

In this role as HPEFS HP Managed Service Deal Manager​ you:

  • Role is aligned to support a specific HPEFS Embedded Lease Program for HP – MDS, MPS, or MCS (the Program)

  • Align and represent HPEFS at one of the HP Market HP Services Pursuits Funnel review and cascade opportunities with other Deal Desk or sales accordingly

  • Working with the Programs account teams you will ensure proper lease pricing is provided from quote to final contract.

  • Initiates the credit approval process, ensures approval, and confirms appropriate level of credit is available.

  • Leads in monitoring and providing assistance in the documentation process and follow up for documents as required.

  • Maintain close relationship with the Programs account teams you will build relationships and establish yourself as their primary point of contact.

  • Administer and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly lease volume forecasts and actively manage the pipeline of deals in the Program.

  • Assist in responding to RFPs or RFIs as requested by the Programs account teams.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

  • Academic degree in business administration or similar
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 10+ years experience in Financial Services Business
  • Ideally, experience in HP Business environment
  • Extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales support systems and solutions
  • Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
  • Extensive expertise in business and sales tools, systems and practices and their application to business-wide issues and architecture
  • Evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of forecasting and planning methodologies to be used across the business to develop guidance for updating and deploying sales tool and system enhancements
  • History of innovation with examples of developing new processes and practices for sales processing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English and German language
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales support architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels
