The role of the Supply Chain Operations (SCO) function is to Plan, Source, Make and Deliver HP products and services for our channel partners, customers and internal use on a global basis.

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
The Logistics Analyst, the person will be handling but not limited to, leading and managing overall HP ISO Materials and Finished Goods shipment’s plan, execution, tracing up to POD. Customs Regulatory compliance in accordance to Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) Act, Consultancy Freight coordination, costing and LSP management, collaboration with multiple internal and external partners, e.g., suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, customers and In Sourced Operation. Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.
Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.


Job Responsibility:

  • Provides complex-level logistics supporting high volume manufacturing operation.
  • Solves complex issues and drives tactical and strategic initiatives, such as leading process standardizations; executing program strategies; or coordinating integration of small acquisitions.
  • Monitors programs, delivery solutions, key metrics, and process-oriented tasks; identifies issues and proposed solutions with limited guidance.
  • Collaborates with or leads teams to maintain and enhance the current business objectives, such as cost- management, cost saving initiatives & improve operation excellence.
  • Provides independent, analytic, and strategic support to logistics operation.
  • Manage WW 3rd Party Logistics including Freight Operations, Logistics Service Providers, Chemical Suppliers, Hazardous Waste Supplier, Warehousing & mentors lower level contributors.
  • Involvement in Data Analytics and Future Supply Chain transformation as part of Industry 4.0 vision.


Education and Experience Required

  • Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Business Management /Manufacturing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
