Are you a highly organized and analytical accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Home-Based Promo Accounting Lead to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll oversee invoicing operations, accounts payable, and process optimization—ensuring billing accuracy, efficiency, and financial integrity across all transactions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Invoicing Oversight & Process Optimization

  • Own the invoicing lifecycle from sales order to client invoice

  • Interpret project-level details, purchase orders, and internal notes to generate clean, accurate invoices

  • Build and enforce standardized billing procedures to reduce manual, custom approaches

  • Identify common client billing scenarios and create invoice templates or automation workflows

  • Collaborate with sales reps, project managers, and accounting team to clarify order details and prevent errors

  • Manage invoice timing, accuracy, and completeness; reduce turnaround time

Systems & Tools

  • Utilize Commonsku for sales order management, invoice creation, and workflow tracking

  • Identify integration or process improvement opportunities within Commonsku or related systems

  • Assist in documentation and training around invoicing protocols and tools

Accounts Payable Oversight

  • Supervise and support the A/P Batching Admin responsible for supplier bill entry and batching

  • Ensure supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are batched on time

  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Procurement to improve vendor billing workflows

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or financial operations

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

  • Technical Skills:

    • Must have experience with CommonSKU

    • QuickBooks, or other ERP knowledge is a plus.

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

    • Proficiency in Smartsheet or task management tools

    • Strong understanding of project-based billing, purchase orders, and sales order conversion

    • Experience supervising or collaborating with A/R & A/P team members.

    • Familiarity with promotional products, print, or manufacturing industries

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to create and manage repeatable, scalable billing processes

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to bridge sales and finance

    • Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and workflow documentation.

     

    WHAT WE OFFER 

    • Salary Range: PHP 45,000-50,000

    • Job Type: Full-time 

    • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA) 

    • Workdays: Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours. (USA)
