As the Healthcare Solutions Lead, you will take personal responsibility for developing, leading, and implementing strategic payer engagement plans to secure market access and formulary status for both new and approved Roche brands during this 18-month contract period. .
Lead sub-national payer negotiations to ensure optimal market access and formulary status for specialist products.
Develop and implement planned stakeholder engagement in line with the Market Access strategy and therapy area objectives, securing regional pricing/formulary approval.
Complete formal formulary applications within new and existing Hospital structures (public and private) to deliver local patient access.
Identify new strategic initiatives and in-field activity opportunities to engage key stakeholders, like procurement teams and hospital pharmacists, supporting long-term patient access.
Shape the payer environment and share relevant information to highlight the patient value of our products, aligning the role with Roche's mission to deliver greater patient benefit.

You have demonstrated experience in payer engagement, including negotiation and/or tenders.
You possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex data into valuable strategic insights.
You have a sound understanding of economic evaluation concepts, including economic modelling.
You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, comfortable working out loud and listening actively.
Previous experience in market access and knowledge of the Irish healthcare system is preferred.
