Position Overview:
As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of 100+ professionals and oversee the hiring of approximately over 10,000 employees annually across all regions and functions. You will partner directly with C-suite leaders to align recruitment with strategic business goals, drive innovation in sourcing and process design, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed TA organization in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership: Own the overall global talent acquisition strategy and performance for In-Direct Labor and SG&A hiring.
· Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and guidance to a global team of Divisional Recruitment Directors and Managers to ensure hiring aligns with business objectives.
· Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise: Lead the TA COE with oversight of recruitment processes, tools, metrics, and analytics. Drive recruitment branding activities globally.
· TA Structure & Sizing: Create and manage the global TA structure, including team design and capacity planning to support current and future hiring needs.
· Business & HR Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior business and HR leaders, including COE counterparts. Educate stakeholders on processes and continuously enhance scalability and model effectiveness.
· Budget Management & ROI: Oversee and manage the recruitment budget and forecasting. Ensure cost-effective service delivery and accountability for TA resource utilization and ROI.
· HR Leadership Team Member: Actively contribute to the direction, operating model, resourcing, and performance of the broader HR function as part of the HR Leadership Team.
· Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to all procedures within the company’s security policy and applicable global hiring regulations.
· Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business priorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Experience: 15+ years in talent acquisition, including 7+ years leading large-scale, global teams (100+ preferred).
· Volume Expertise: Demonstrated success managing high-volume hiring efforts (10,000+ hires/year) in complex, matrixed environments.
· Leadership: Strong coaching and team development skills with the ability to lead through influence across geographies.
· Strategic Influence: Executive presence and strong communication skills with a proven ability to partner with C-suite leaders.
· Data Fluency: Skilled in leveraging recruiting metrics, reporting tools, and analytics to drive improvement and innovation.
· Change Agent: Creative and results-oriented with a track record of modernizing and scaling TA capabilities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
