We are now looking for a Head of Strategy Communications to join our global communications team. A senior communication leader, you will have a key role in developing and leading KONE’s strategy communications with key focus on driving thought leadership in sustainability and innovations and creating engagement. You will be working closely with our strategy and business leaders, and with your colleagues in the communications organization globally to plan and execute impactful communications, and to coach our leaders and other internal stakeholders in communicating the KONE story. In this role, you will also provide support in change communications, quarterly financial results, and other areas of corporate communication as need be.


 

What you’ll deliver

  • Lead strategy communications and thought leadership on sustainability and innovations at KONE global, collaborate closely with our global and local stakeholders and teams
  • Act as a senior communications consultant and facilitate alignment with our internal stakeholders
  • Drive and communicate the KONE strategy and thought leadership across our channels
  • Represent communications in sustainability and innovation related decision forums at KONE
  • Actively build the KONE brand and protect the organization’s reputation
  • Provide support in global change communications, quarterly results and special projects


 

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 10 years of work experience with a focus on strategic communications in a multinational or listed company environment
  • At least 5 years’ experience in leading comms initiatives and programs in multicultural and global environments
  • Strong experience in strategy communications
  • A solid understanding of business performance, objectives, and strategy direction
  • Proven track record in managing change communication and financial/investor-related messaging
  • Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to operate under pressure, managing multiple priorities with agility
