We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager, Managing Director reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales and Distribution - GlobalLINK. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that align with GlobalLINK’s strategic objectives. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with key partners to drive growth, enhance market share and presence, and deliver mutual value.

What you will be responsible for

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners across GlobalLINK, including Fixed Income, FX, ETFs and Transaction Cost Analysis
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective partners to drive ROI
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define partnership strategies aligned with GlobalLINK’s objectives
  • Lead onboarding, negotiations, and manage agreements to completion
  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles
  • Experience with Order Management Systems, Treasury Management Systems, Foreign Exchange Execution Venues, Money Fund Portals, Transaction Cost Analysis providers is preferred
  • Experience in financial technology sales, specifically relating to foreign exchange, money markets, ETFs is preferred

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $267,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
