Position Impact

Short-Term Impact
You will accelerate growth across Benelux and Nordic markets by driving the regional commercial strategy, securing distribution gains and ensuring ZURU consistently captures or over-indexes its share of shelf versus competitors. Through close collaboration with commercial, marketing and supply teams, you will uplift availability, visibility and execution instore and online, unlock immediate P&L improvements and deliver best-in-class 4P execution with our priority customers.

Long-Term Impact
You will build enduring strategic partnerships with retailers and distributors, developing joint business plans that create mutual value and cement ZURU as a leading challenger brand across all EDGE verticals. By influencing internal direction through customer insights, you will help shape future innovation and long-range commercial strategy. You will champion ZURU’s entrepreneurial culture, helping to scale the mindset and ways of working that enable us to challenge the status quo while driving sustained market share, margin expansion and the long-term success of the consumer goods division in the region.
