- Build-up and manage engineering team regional and in cooperation with local organizations on country/ brand level
- Drives and stimulates sales of dedicated automation solutions in EE/ME/A Region
- Operational link between the Regional Sales network, HQ and our joint venture partners
- Cooperation and feedback to HQ, product managers regarding further product and solution developments
- Assures adequate knowledge flow and utilization from regional structures to the countries
- Further development of Regional Sales and Engineering processes and partner network
- Orchestrate additional engineering support within countries of EE/ME/A
- Provide tailored engineering according to markets, partners & customers
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor/ Master in Engineering, Automation, Logistics or comparable with strong sales focus
- Experience in sales, logistics or technical product management
- 3 years experience in similar position
Language proficiency
- English skills required
- Any other Eastern European language of advantage
