Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the UKI product and proposition strategy, defining frameworks, lifecycles, and customer needs.
  • Activate partnership product strategies and represent Bupa during partnership development and sales.
  • Establish and maintain a governance framework for all product-related activities, embedding risk controls and compliance.
  • Oversee product development and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Pricing, Marketing, Operations, Finance—to integrate governance into product design and delivery.
  • Monitor product performance, conduct audits, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in product strategy and governance within a complex organisation.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare or financial services markets.
  • Ability to design and implement governance frameworks and risk management practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
