HappyCo is seeking a Head of Product to lead our product organization through the next phase of growth — expanding from a single-product leader to a cohesive multi-product platform company. This leader will shape the strategy and execution of our platform, data, and AI-first initiatives while driving measurable customer and business outcomes.

You’ll operate within the PDE Triad (Product, Design, Engineering) to deliver velocity, alignment, and clarity. Your mission is to scale a connected ecosystem that drives adoption, cross-sell, and differentiated value across HappyCo’s portfolio.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver
Multi-Product Strategy
Define and execute a multi-product roadmap that connects core applications, data capabilities, and AI-enhanced experiences.
Design and test pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies that incentivize multi-product adoption and deepen enterprise value.

Data & Insight Leadership
Develop a clear vision for how data and insights create competitive advantage, improve outcomes, and open new monetization opportunities.
Guide teams in defining data contracts, instrumentation, and analytics capabilities that enable actionable benchmarking and performance optimization.

AI-First Product Leadership
Champion pragmatic AI use cases across classification, recommendations, and workflow automation to accelerate value delivery.
Partner with engineering to embed agentic and automation capabilities that improve both team productivity and customer efficiency.

Operational & PLG Excellence
Build and scale a product operations framework focused on outcomes, metrics, and iteration velocity.
Leverage data-driven insights and customer telemetry to drive adoption, identify friction, and inform continuous improvement.

Customer & Market Insight
Lead continuous discovery with customers to validate needs, assess willingness to pay, and refine product-market fit across multiple product lines.
Translate customer and market feedback into roadmap priorities that strengthen retention and expansion.

Cross-Functional Leadership
Operate as a peer within the PDE leadership triad, ensuring tight alignment between product, design, and engineering.
Partner closely with GTM teams to position and package offerings, define “hook” features, and communicate differentiated value to the market.
