We are looking for a Head of Product - Online Presence to lead our Ecommerce product team. As the Head of Product, Online Presence you will define and drive the vision for how businesses establish, grow, and optimize their digital footprint across websites, e-commerce, and online engagement platforms. You’ll set the strategic direction for the product portfolio, balancing innovation with scalability to meet the evolving needs of our global customer base. 
Leading a high-performing product team, you’ll partner closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions. This role requires a mix of visionary thinking, operational excellence, and strong commercial acumen to ensure we remain a market leader in helping businesses succeed online.

What you’ll be doing:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and continuously refine the Online Presence product vision and strategy, grounded in market analysis, industry trends, competitive insights, and customer research.
 
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation through new features, services, or business models.
 
- Develop and champion business cases that align product investments with strategic company goals.
 
Execution & Delivery
- Translate strategy into a prioritized product roadmap, balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes, and technical feasibility.
 
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver high-impact, high-quality product releases on time and at scale.
 
- Apply data-driven decision making and sound judgment to evaluate tradeoffs, ensuring the right features deliver the greatest platform value.
 
- Establish clear success metrics, continuously monitor feature adoption and usability, and optimize product performance.
 
Customer & Market Engagement
- Build a deep understanding of customer pain points and opportunities by engaging directly with clients, prospects, and partners.
 
- Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Account Management to ensure the voice of the customer informs product priorities and solutions.
 
- Serve as a visible product leader externally, gathering feedback and representing the product vision with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
 
Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Support to ensure successful product launches.
 
- Drive organizational alignment by communicating product vision, strategy, and priorities across executive and cross-functional teams.
 
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity within the product organization.
What you need to bring:
- Product experience: You have 10-12+ years of product experience, including 5+ years experience in Ecommerce & SaaS
 
- Leadership: You have 7+ years of leadership experience managing multiple teams and leading through change initiatives. You have a demonstrated track record of operating across a cross functional business, including management and coaching of PMs and strategy setting.
 
- Technical expertise: You’ve led Retail, eCommerce or B2B products, and care deeply about how all the pieces of a product fit together.
 
- Fast pace: You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact
 
- Scaling experience: You’ve built products from early stage through to scaled programs..
 
- Analytical horsepower: You have a demonstrated aptitude for digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results. 
 
- Strong communication skills: High attention to detail including precise and effective communications, including with external customers/partners
 
- B.A required (Masters preferred)
 
Even better if you have some: 
- Retail, eCommerce, B2B, SaaS  product experience
 
- Software engineering experience
 
- Experience in high growth Tech and/or Global organizations
