Neko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. The People Technology Lead is responsible for the overall architecture, successful operation, and strategic evolution of the entire People technology ecosystem (HRIS and integrated platforms). This role ensures systems are stable, scalable, secure, and configured to deliver an optimal employee and HR user experience while maintaining data integrity across the global organization.
