Als Leitung Healthcare Relations übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle beim regionalen Zugang zu unseren innovativen Impfstoffen und Therapeutika (Oncology/Specialty/GenMed).
Sie führen den Bereich Healthcare Relations sowohl strategisch als auch disziplinarisch und bauen nachhaltige Beziehungen zu regionalen Entscheidungsträgern im Gesundheitswesen auf. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen tragen Sie maßgeblich zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Market Access-Strategien bei und leisten einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Patientenversorgung.
Hauptaufgaben
Strategische und disziplinarische Leitung:
Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Healthcare Relations im Einklang mit den strategischen Prioritäten und Geschäftszielen von GSK.
Sicherstellung des regionalen Marktzugangs:
Umsetzung von Market Access-Strategien zur Sicherstellung der Erstattungsfähigkeit unserer Impfstoffe und Therapeutika.
Stakeholder-Management:
Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Beziehungen zu regionalen Payern, Entscheidungsträgern und weiteren relevanten Akteuren im Gesundheitswesen.
Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit:
Enge Abstimmung mit Business Unit Heads, Medical, Government Affairs, Communications Access und weiteren internen Funktionen.
Mitgestaltung regionaler Strategien:
Entwicklung und Umsetzung regionaler Market Access-Strategien sowie Verantwortung für interdisziplinäre regionale Account-Pläne für alle GSK-Produkte und Indikationen.
