The Head of Farming, Canada oversees account management, marketing, sales, and overall network performance, including transaction volume, revenue, distribution channels, merchandising, and service quality across complex Designated Marketing Areas (DMAs). This role leads a large, diverse team, sets strategic direction, and drives execution to deliver strong financial and operational results.
Responsible for target setting, budgeting and forecasting, and identifying network development opportunities for retail agents within the country/territory, aligned with RVP guidance. Directly manages 2-8 team members and indirectly oversees 15-25. Leads recruiting, coaching, developing, and motivating the sales organization. Develops and implements sales strategies at the country level to support growth.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $140,000 - $155,000 CAD per year, which includes a base salary plus a high-impact commission structure and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
