President, Bullish ExchangeWe are seeking a highly commercial and results-driven Head of European Exchange Sales to spearhead our expansion and growth across the European market. This is a senior leadership position where you will define and execute the sales strategy, manage key client relationships, and be the authoritative voice for our exchange within the region. The successful candidate must possess deep experience in the digital asset or regulated financial services sector, an established professional network, and a proven ability to drive significant business volume.
This role is critical to our global success and demands a commercial leader who can navigate complex market dynamics from Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define, own, and execute the entire European sales strategy, setting ambitious growth targets for exchange volume and revenue.
Business Development: Proactively identify, prioritize, and secure high-value institutional clients, market makers, quantitative trading firms, and asset managers across Europe.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary, senior relationship manager for all major European clients, ensuring top-tier service and continuous engagement to drive deeper integration and loyalty.
Market Intelligence: Provide continuous feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams regarding European market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform product development.
Commercial Negotiation: Lead complex commercial negotiations and close high-value deals, operating with a strong P&L mindset.
Regional Representation: Act as a senior representative of the exchange at major industry conferences, forums, and regulatory engagements across the continent.
Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of leading sales teams or managing a regional sales portfolio within a financial institution or exchange.
Solid, hands-on experience and deep understanding of the crypto, virtual asset, or regulated exchange industry.
A demonstrable network of relationships with key institutional participants (e.g., hedge funds, banks, liquidity providers) in major European financial centers.
Exceptional business development skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to articulate complex trading solutions to sophisticated institutional audiences.
Familiarity with European financial regulations and regulatory bodies relevant to digital asset trading.
Fluent professional English; proficiency in German or another major European language is highly advantageous.
Being able to be based in our Frankfurt, Germany office and requires a full-time commitment from this location.
Being able to travel frequently across Europe to meet clients, attend conferences, and manage regional market opportunities.
Candidates must be fully eligible to work in Germany and other EU countries without requiring current or future company sponsorship.
