Head of Away From Home West & East Emerging Markets - at a glance ...
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Head of Away From Home (AFH), WEEM to make a significant impact at Kraft Heinz. This role sits within the Growth function for West & East Emerging Markets (WEEM). You will lead the AFH marketing strategy, connecting global programs with local execution, and serve as the critical link between global AFH teams and WEEM markets. Expect dynamic collaboration across diverse teams, exposure to senior leaders, and a fast-paced environment where your leadership will shape the next phase of AFH growth.
What's on the menu ?
- Lead and develop the AFH marketing strategy for the WEEM Region, driving growth, brand equity, and customer engagement.
- Partner with Global AFH teams to scale and accelerate deployment of global programs, driving mix and gaining independent operator loyalty.
- Develop and execute the AFH 5-Year Innovation Capacity Strategy, collaborating with R&D and Operations to enable flexible models and accelerate portfolio innovation.
- Build and deploy the AFH Playbook, leveraging WEEM best practices and owning continuous improvement of processes and KPIs.
- Foster a thriving AFH Community by facilitating best practice sharing through regular webinars, workshops, and online forums.
- Support portfolio management, including developing or localizing innovations for the AFH channel.
- Drive business growth by aligning AFH strategy with customer needs, market trends, and delivering tailored solutions and marketing campaigns.
- Manage key internal and external partnerships to support AFH business objectives.

Hard skills
- Solid experience in marketing and Away From Home business, ideally 8–10 years in total
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of CPG dynamics
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Operations)
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategy as well as drive execution
- Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
