Key Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career while making a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute medical strategy: Lead the medical strategy for the Specialty Care portfolio in Switzerland, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities while addressing local patient and healthcare needs.
Inspire and lead a team: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing medical team, driving scientific engagement and creating opportunities for growth and development.
Engage stakeholders: Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, patient organizations, and other key external stakeholders, representing the medical voice in discussions.
Collaborate across functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access, to support business objectives and deliver value to patients.
Ensure compliance: Promote and uphold GSK’s high ethical standards, ensuring all medical activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
Provide medical insights: Offer strategic medical guidance and insights to inform decision-making and contribute to innovative healthcare solutions.
About You

Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with the following skills and qualifications:
University degree in a relevant scientific discipline or closely related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically within Medical Affairs, with proven expertise in strategy development, execution, and successful product launch experience.
Proven leadership experience, including team management and development.
Strong ability to collaborate and influence across a matrix environment.
Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to translate complex scientific data into actionable insights.
Fluent in both English and German languages.
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Preferred professional qualifications (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD)
Expertise in Specialty Care therapeutic areas.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
Experience driving innovation and fostering continuous improvement.
A genuine passion for improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare solutions.
