Fortune is seeking a senior creative leader to join its Europe team and lead branded content strategy and execution across the region. This person will partner with the Managing Director, Europe, and collaborate closely with the Global Fortune Brand Studio (FBS) to bring world-class creative storytelling to Fortune’s European clients and community.
About the Role
You’ll build and lead a small, high-performing creative team in developing, pitching, and delivering branded content campaigns that align with Fortune’s editorial excellence and commercial goals. You’ll work side-by-side with Sales, Marketing, and Community teams to craft ideas that connect with Europe’s most influential business leaders, and you’ll help shape how Fortune’s brand stories come to life across digital, live, and experiential platforms.
This role reports to the Managing Director, Europe, with a dotted-line collaboration to the Global Head of Fortune Brand Studio.
Responsibilities
Lead creative vision for branded content campaigns, from concept to delivery.
Build and oversee a multidisciplinary creative team in London, spanning strategy, editorial, design, and production.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Events to deliver campaigns that serve both clients and the Fortune 500 Europe community.
Pitch creative concepts to clients, inspiring confidence and deepening relationships.
Ensure creative quality and brand alignment across all deliverables.
Collaborate with global FBS and regional teams to share insights, align processes, and raise creative standards across markets.
Develop new creative formats and storytelling approaches for Europe’s business audience.
Manage budgets, schedules, and team performance, maintaining excellence under tight deadlines.
Requirements
15+ years leading branded content or creative strategy for major B2B or media brands.
Proven success in client-facing creative leadership roles across Europe.
Strong portfolio of award-winning campaigns across multiple formats (video, social, experiential, digital).
Exceptional communication and pitching skills.
Experience building and managing high-performing creative teams.
Strong understanding of business storytelling, brand strategy, and creative production.
Deep collaboration experience with Sales and Marketing teams.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with HTML/CSS a plus.
