Job Description:
The Guest Services Agent provides a friendly, welcoming, and caring greeting to each person entering Essentia Health. The agent anticipates visitor needs by offering and giving assistance, answering questions, and escorting or securing an escort for visitors when appropriate. The agent provides information and/or has knowledge of the Essentia campus and additional resources regarding our facilities.
The agent also provides valet services by safely operating and transporting vehicles belonging to patients and visitors on Essentia Health property and public streets. Prevents traffic congestion by directing traffic in front of the medical center.
Work Experience:
Preferred:
Minimum of 1 year experience in an Information/Hospitality Desk or customer service environment.

- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 6 months of hire
