As a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate at Flex, you'll uncover performance and growth improvement opportunities across the Revenue organization and build the operational processes to execute on them. This will include building go-to-market strategies based on market specific nuances, revenue optimization, strategic initiatives, process design, resource allocation, and sales analytics. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Partner Success, Revenue Operations, Product and Analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment and maximize operational efficiency by leveraging data-driven analysis.
The ideal candidate has experience with rigorous analytical problem solving in a hyper-growth business context, comfort working in fast-paced environments, and a strong attention to detail. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters or 2 days per week in our SF hub. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ or SF Bay area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
Key qualifications
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. For working locations in NY/NJ/CA, the base salary pay range will be $143,000-154,000.
