About the Role
The Growth Strategy and Operations Analyst will support the Growth Strategy and Performance Manager to drive both short term performance and longer term (1 to 3 years) strategy development.
They will help support the revenue growth strategy across the customer group to meet commercial objectives of MYOB’s core subscriptions and expansion revenue growth. They also support the weekly performance operating rhythm, collaborating and partnering with channel owners on delivering growth through acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Strategy:
- Support the development of complete acquisition and expansion strategies.
- Work alongside channel owners to formulate channel-level strategies.
- Build commercial models to inform strategies for cost and growth drivers.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support.
Forecasting and Planning
- Play a key role in the annual planning cycle.
- Collaborate with key collaborators to develop and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Recommend campaign targets and budget allocations.
- Support the weekly reporting cadence and present key insights.
- Identify and mitigate risks to channel performance.
- Assist in crafting weekly performance reports.
- Mentor and guide team members, sharing insights and findings.
- Find opportunities to improve current processes and recommend solutions.
About You
- Experience in strategy, finance, or commercially driven roles.
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C SaaS growth is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach.
- Outstanding communication and project management skills.
- Great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills.
