We are looking for our 2nd marketing hire to own full-funnel marketing initiatives across paid channels, product marketing, and content. You’ll work across teams - with product, design, CSMs, and founders - to drive acquisition, communicate product value, and build a strong inbound motion.
This role is ideal for a scrappy, analytically-minded marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves working on both creative and performance-driven projects.
Paid & Performance Marketing
Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, etc.
Run experiments across ad copy, landing pages, and creative
SEO & Content
Define and execute SEO strategy to grow organic demo signups
Manage content pipeline: landing pages, blog posts, and search-optimized articles
Email CRM
Set up and manage email campaigns in tools like Customer.io to drive product adoption and upsell
Own lifecycle marketing flows - onboarding, feature education, re-engagement, etc
Have 3-6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (startup preferred)
Have owned paid acquisition channels and/or SEO programs before
Are comfortable working across product, design, and GTM
Are a strong writer with a clear, concise tone
Are data-driven and know your way around CAC and funnel metrics
Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Experience working on AI, developer tools, or HR tech
Strong design instincts or past work with creators/designers
Experience setting up email automation or lifecycle marketing flows
