As the Group Marketing Manager - TAVI, located in Plymouth, MN, you will be responsible for setting the Division’s strategic direction and tactical implementation of full life-cycle activities for your assigned market segment.
What You’ll Work On
You will be responsible for creating demand for the Division's product(s) by developing and executing the Marketing Plan which includes, but is not limited to, the following areas of responsibility:
- Implementation of strategy, scope, process and programs related to creating demand for the Division's products within assigned market segment.
- Providing significant and positive impact to short-term, mid-range and long-term organizational goals.
- Demonstrating continual improvement in product/system development and commercial-related matters.
- Business expansion, competition and positioning, scientific and promotional tool creation, internal communication, external communication and product definition.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary interface for internal and external customers and partners.
- Lead and / or participate on cross-functional team to support organizational goals.
- Develop and lead staff.
- Responsible for all people-management activities including but not limited to:
- Staff development, mentoring, performance management, engagement and recognition, administrative duties.
- Creating a work environment that supports cross-functional team effectiveness.
- Demonstrated appropriate level of leadership experience to lead and influence.
- Deliver on assigned goals on time and within budget.
- Understand and comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.
- Travel up to 33% of the time domestically and / or internationally by any means necessary to support organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- MBA or Master’s degree is preferred
- 8+ years of experience with or expose to sales and/or marketing in the following areas: healthcare, medical devices, or medical diagnostics to develop the competence required to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position
- Possess understanding of the technology and capabilities of the Division's products
- Strong understanding of market and customer dynamics and understanding of sales processes
- Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting medical devices/diagnostics
- Ability to develop, rationalize and present strategy
- Strong managerial skills relative to time, budget and people
- Can work independently, in groups, and cross-functionally
- Ability to apply analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and critical-thinking skills
- Comfortable to make decisions where there are competing demands
- Clearly, concisely and accurately communicates whether verbal, written or in presentations
- Strong aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software

$127,300.00 – $254,700.00
