As an Industrial Placement in Graphic Design:
You will have the ultimate opportunity to kick start your graphic design career by gaining valuable hands-on experience in a very exciting and fast-paced sector.
The in-house design team strives to provide first-class creative which adds value to the business, assisting it to visually perform at its optimum and stand out both on and off the track. The remit of the design team is wide and covers many areas of design including brand, trackside, internal, clothing, social, hospitality, interiors, and commercial design elements.
Proactivity and innovation are integral to the design team’s ability to stretch to the ever-diversifying needs of the business. The successful candidate will support the design team with creative projects to contribute to reaching their goals and those of the wider business.
Under the supervision of the members of the design team, pick up live creative projects to increase overall capacity and assist the smooth functioning of the team.
In particular:
Design team support
Creative ideation
Pre-race asset creation
Stationery development
Hospitality design
Commercial proposals
Digital content creation
Internal branding
Brand-driven creative projects
As a minimum, the successful candidate must have completed at least one year of undergraduate studies, and must have at least one year of academic studies left (undergraduate or postgraduate) at the time of taking up your placement with us in June 2026.
We are looking for relevant creative design university degree subjects such as graphic design.
The successful candidate will have had experience working in an office environment (preferably in a design context) and should have a good working knowledge of leading design software.

We are looking for a driven individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and ambitions of working successfully within a high-performance team. The design team requires someone creative, resilient, calm when working under pressure (especially within tight timescales), has excellent attention to detail, and is well organised.
Flexibility in hours and approach is required, along with a ‘can do’, ‘team-playing’ attitude and the ability to work to strict deadlines under minimal supervision.
