Your New Role and Responsibilities

An average week for a Graduate Tax Analyst could incorporate a wide range of activities including supporting or preparing:

  • Activity Statements
  • Country-by-Country Reporting
  • Financial statement preparation and audit support
  • Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) returns
  • Income tax return lodgements
  • Internal tax advisory and cross-team collaboration
  • Liaising with the ATO and assisting with audits
  • Pillar Two compliance and lodgements
  • Research & Development (R&D) Tax Incentive documentation
  • Tax accounting and reconciliations
  • Tax governance and compliance initiatives
  • U.S. tax reporting and international tax exposure

The Graduate Tax Analyst will report to the Australian Tax Manager and will be supported to develop their skills and knowledge specific to this role, to ensure they are able to contribute and reach their highest potential. As a Leidos graduate, you will be working on interesting and challenging projects and will take part in a range of training and development opportunities.

What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact

Due to the nature of the role, you must be an Australian Citizen and ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret AGSVA security clearance

This role is ideal for someone who is completing or has recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline:

  • Bachelor of Accounting
  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Bachelor of Finance
