Role Summary/Purpose
The Radiopharma GPO and Sales Support Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the sales team, distributors, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), ensuring seamless contract execution, customer support, and operational excellence. This role manages GPO-related activities, resolves pricing and contract discrepancies, supports rebate programs, and leads process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and compliance.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Radiopharma sales team and GPOs to resolve customer challenges related to pricing, product, facility, or contract discrepancies.
- Investigate and facilitate credit/rebill requests, including documentation and communication between sales, legal, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor and manage list pricing discrepancies, including dispute resolution.
- Research GPO membership lists and locate letters of commitment as needed.
- Maintain and reconcile list pricing records.
- Update and maintain customer profiles for GPO members, including roster-based memberships, in internal systems.
- Operationalize new product launches across GPOs, ensuring product and pricing accuracy; communicate processes with sales and internal teams.
- Manage GPO portal requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review GPO agreements prior to execution to ensure operational feasibility for membership maintenance and audit readiness.
- Lead responses to GPO audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Create, maintain, and update SOPs and guide sheets related to GPO activities.
- Lead cross-training initiatives to ensure team coverage and continuity.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives aligned with lean methodology.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in healthcare customer support, or High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, VISIO).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce.com, and Power BI.
- Ability to foster a collaborative culture and drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries.
- Familiarity with GPO operations and contract management is a plus.
- Lean certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred.
- Strong business acumen and initiative.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $74,800.00-$112,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
