Your mission

As a Governance Secretary, you will be at the heart of Bitpanda’s governance framework, ensuring the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and accountability. Acting as the key link between the Board of Directors, Leadership Board, regulated entities, and senior stakeholders, you will drive effective decision-making and safeguard legal certainty across the organisation. Your role will be central in strengthening governance structures, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring that Bitpanda continues to meet all statutory and regulatory obligations..

 

What you’ll do 
  • Board & Committee Support
    • Support the organisation, preparation, and follow up on Board and Committee meetings, including drafting and maintaining accurate minutes.
    • Ensure timely provision of high-quality materials to support effective decision-making
  • Corporate Governance & Compliance
    • Maintain and update company policies, terms of reference, registers, and governance frameworks in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Legal & Administrative Duties
    • Manage corporate records, filings, and statutory documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Coordinate with external legal advisors, notaries, and regulatory authorities when required.
    • Support the Governance Teams in supervision, advising and administration tasks through Bitpanda entities. 

 

Who you are 
  • Three years of experience in corporate governance or company secretariat ideally within the financial sector.
  • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and thrive in handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Organisational and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English (German is a strong advantage).
