Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and visionary Global Web Strategy Lead to shape the future of our digital presence across markets. In this role, you’ll own the roadmap, governance, and performance of our global web platforms—ensuring they deliver seamless user experiences, reflect our brand, and drive measurable business impact.

You’ll lead the evolution of our web ecosystem in a rapidly changing digital landscape, including the integration of AI-driven experiences and optimization for emerging technologies like Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Large Language Models (LLMs). What You’ll Do:

  • Define and lead the global web strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and brand standards
  • Establish governance frameworks for content, UX, SEO, analytics, and localization across regions
  • Partner with regional and functional teams to balance global consistency with local relevance
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design and IT to drive integrated solutions that support business goals and elevate user experience
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance web capabilities
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess performance and inform decision-making
  • Lead SEO strategy and ensure accessibility, performance, and mobile-first best practices
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, web management, or related fields
  • Proven success leading global web initiatives across multiple markets
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress, etc.)
  • Expertise in SEO, analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics), UX, and accessibility standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in matrixed organizations or global enterprises preferred
  • Familiarity with localization workflows and multilingual content strategies
  • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation websites
  • Bachelor Degree required
