POSITION SUMMARY:
The Global Vendor Registration Supervisor oversees the accreditation process for vendors of all Melco properties, ensuring compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining registration databases and collaborating with global teams to streamline registration procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides assistance and guidance to vendors and Business Units in filling up standard forms and templates may it be manual or from procurement system.
2. Maintains registration databases up-to-date for proper monitoring.
3. Coordination with Quality Assurance team and acquire approval prior to accreditation for high-risk vendors such as food-handling vendors, manufacturers, etc.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Legal, Investigations, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of vendor registration processes.
5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the vendor registration process, incorporating feedback and industry best practices.
6. Ensures timely follow throughs and verify all documents are clear and complete.
7. Prepares accurate report for analyzation and assessment.
8. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by immediate superior depending on business operation requirement.
9. Ensures good rapport to maintain positive environment.
10. Keep abreast of global regulatory changes affecting vendor registration and accreditation, ensuring the company’s processes remain in compliance with evolving global standards and requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
At least 1-year experience in Procurement or Supply Chain management
II. Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, IT, or Supply Chain
