Job Description
The Global Manager Talent & Performance leads the global approach to Talent & Performance management within the Talent, Leadership & Culture Center of Expertise (CoE). This role ensures governance, alignment, and continuous improvement of talent and performance practices across regions, working closely with regional Talent Leads for execution. The position plays a critical role in strengthening the workforce by ensuring employees are in the right roles at the right time through robust talent and performance frameworks, data-driven insights, and practices that enable mobility and growth.
Your role
You lead and evolve global Talent & Performance cycles, embedding best practices and driving consistency across regions.
You own global talent & performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to inform talent decisions and track readiness and performance trends.
You maintain and evolve Talent architecture, including frameworks for talent segmentation and mobility
You ensure governance and global alignment of Talent & Performance practices across regions and functions.
You shape development approaches for critical talent pools (e.g., emerging talent, experts) to enable regional execution.
You facilitate Talent Councils and integrate them into business rhythms to support talent development and mobility.
You develop and promote growth approaches for all employees, including tools, guidance, and growth plans in close collaboration with the Global Learning team.
Your track record
You have a BSc. in a relevant field like e.g. HR, Business Administration and previous working experience within a multinational or consultancy firm;
You are in possession of strong performance management and/or talent management skills;
You have a strategic mindset with project management skills, and you can create and implement global frameworks that support long-term talent and performance objectives;
You possess excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills, and are excellent at building strong relationships across regions to gain buy-in for global initiatives;
You know how to translate strategies into compelling narratives and visuals that inspire action;
You are analytical and data-savvy, and use data and insights to inform talent strategies and performance improvement;
You work effectively in a global matrix environment, leveraging diverse perspectives to co-create solutions.
