About the job 
In this position, you structure, lead, and continuously improve the global S&OP process, ensuring full execution in line with strategic and financial objectives. You ensure alignment of demand, supply, and financial objectives while driving process excellence and digital transformation. Your work enables actionable insights and supports strategic decision-making across multiple business areas. You report to the Head of Global Planning.  

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Establishing our monthly S&OP cadence with relevant stakeholders. 

  • Scheduling, running, and following up on S&OP meetings with clear accountability for actions and outcomes. 

  • Enforcing standardized governance across regions and business areas. 

  • Partnering with IT to digitalize S&OP systems, including scenario modeling and risk analysis. 

  • Leading transformation in S&OP for advanced planning systems and embedding new ways of working. 

  • Championing change management by training and upskilling global and regional teams. 

  • Benchmarking and implementing best practices to future-proof the supply chain. 

 

The location for this position is globally flexible, preferably close to one of our sitessuch as Fagersta & Stockholm (Sweden), Guanzate (Italy), Pune (India), Bourges & Bouxwiller (France), Lottum (Netherlands), Ciechanow (Poland) or Reynoldsville (US). 

 

Your profile 
We’re looking for someone with a background in S&OP or supply chain management, preferably within a global company, combined with experience in advanced planning systems and data-driven decision-making. Skilled in scenario modeling, financial forecasting, and risk analysis, you’re able to navigate challenges. You understand digitalization in supply chain planning and can translate complex data into actionable insights. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English.  

 
You’re a strategic thinker with strong communication and influencing skills. Building cross-functional alignment and driving change in a global context comes naturally to you. You’re proactive, analytical, and thrive in a collaborative environment where continuous improvement is key.
