Job Details

Global Consulting Services are looking for a Global Sales Director to join their team, remote based in the US.

As a key contributor within Cencora’s globally integrated commercial model, you will take on one of two strategic roles—Hunter or Farmer—each essential to driving growth, deepening client relationships, and delivering tailored, insight-led solutions across our full product portfolio. Whether your focus is on opening new doors or expanding existing partnerships, you will operate with commercial clarity, strategic credibility, and a consultative mindset. Your approach will be grounded in data, powered by collaboration, and aimed at delivering measurable impact across priority customer segments.

In this role, you will support the full product portfolio by identifying potential clients, developing leads for new business within selected accounts, and driving cross- and up-selling opportunities among existing clients. You will engage with high-growth markets and key accounts, helping to reduce complexity and ensure that resources are aligned with the most promising opportunities. Your contribution will be critical to achieving sales targets and enabling scalable growth through commercial strategies that address both new client acquisition and the expansion of existing relationships.

Success in either path—Hunter or Farmer—requires a deep understanding of client needs, the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and the skill to orchestrate internal resources to deliver compelling, value-driven solutions. You will help position Cencora as a trusted, forward-thinking partner in delivering impact across the healthcare landscape.
