We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated professional, to join our Global Regulatory Liaison Office. The candidate will play a vital role in handling logistic functions to promote efficiency in scheduling meetings between internal stakeholders and regulatory examiners. The role will maintain a positive relationship with examiners and internal stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with stakeholders and examiners required.
The role can be performed in a hybrid model in Boston, where you can balance work from home (1 day) and office (4 days per week)

The team you will be joining plays an important role in the overall success of the organizations’ relationships with the regulators. The candidate will help us execute day to day meeting requests from our regulators and stakeholders.
What you will be responsible for
Executing logistics functions to promote efficiency, and goal alignment
Scheduling and organizing meetings, tracking key meeting requests and monitoring deadlines
Scheduling and facilitating meetings between the business and examination team
Facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and examiners
Preparing reports and correspondence as needed
Handling sensitive information with great discretion and maintain confidentiality
Assisting VP in daily tasks and operations as instructed
Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
Education and Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of logistics management experience or equivalent is required
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Highly organized, with great attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office [Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel]
Ability to professionally engage with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority
Co-operative attitude, ability to work with colleagues globally
Salary Range:
$52 000 - $87 880 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
