Your role at Clorox:

We are looking for our next Marketing & Sales Procurement Intern to join the LATAM Procurement team.
This role will support the sourcing and supplier management processes across Marketing and Sales categories, helping ensure value creation, cost efficiency, and operational excellence for our brands in Latin America.

The intern will collaborate closely with regional procurement manager and business teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales) to assist in supplier negotiations, project tracking, and spend analysis, while gaining exposure to strategic procurement practices in a multinational environment.

In this role, you will:

·       Support the execution of strategic sourcing activities across Marketing and Sales categories, including Media, Creative, Social, Packaging Design, Point of Sale (POS) materials, Merchandising, etc.

·       Assist in the preparation and coordination of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including supplier communication, quotation analysis, and documentation to support commercial evaluations and contract negotiations.

·       Contribute to supplier management and operational procurement activities by maintaining and updating supplier databases, monitoring contract status, tracking purchase orders, and ensuring timely payment processing.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Accounts Payable) to ensure effective implementation of procurement initiatives and compliance with global procurement policies.

·       Prepare and maintain analytical reports and performance dashboards using Excel and Power BI to provide insights that support decision-making and process optimization.

·       Participate in process improvement and standardization efforts aimed at enhancing procurement tools, templates, and best practices across the LATAM region.

What we look for:

Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields, with advanced English proficiency and strong Excel skills (including pivot tables). Experience with SAP, Ariba, Power BI, PowerPoint, Macros, or other ERP systems will be considered an advantage. We are seeking candidates who are organized, analytical, creative, and detail-oriented, with a strong customer focus, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You should be proactive, curious, and collaborative, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, multicultural regional environment. Availability to work in a hybrid model from our San Isidro office is required.
