The Opportunity
The Operational Excellence Professional drives continuous improvement, guiding organizational transformation within manufacturing or process-driven companies. This position is focused on raising productivity and output in key manufacturing processes globally and thus demands proficiency in Lean methodologies, Theory of Constraints (TOC), and a sophisticated blend of technical and interpersonal capabilities. The ideal candidate communicates fluidly at all organizational levels, building trust from the factory floor to the senior management. Your scope includes 60 global factories of BU Transformers.
How you’ll make an impact:
Lead improvement initiatives to raise output using Lean and TOC principles to eliminate waste, optimize flow, and address bottlenecks.
Analyze operational challenges and design sustainable solutions that deliver measurable gains in quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Drive system level improvements, value stream mapping, and root cause analyses with diverse teams.
Coach, mentor, and train employees on Lean, TOC, and continuous improvement, tailoring approaches to teams’ maturity and learning styles.
Engage with factory teams , fostering trust and credibility through hands-on support and practical problem solving.
Translate operational enhancements into strategic business value, clearly communicating ROI and long-term benefits to senior leaders .
Prepare and deliver targeted presentations and reports to demonstrate technical solutions and their business implications.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, empowering all employees to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and celebrate achievements.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.
Your background:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Relevant certifications such as Lean Master, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, TOC Practitioner, or similar are highly desirable.
At least 5-10 years of hands-on experience leading Lean and/or TOC projects in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Other language skills are a big plus to work in our global company

Ability to lead and support organizational change initiatives
