WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
The IBRANCE Global Marketing Senior Manager secondment is a key opportunity for a talented, passionate marketing colleague who likes to solve complex business challenges in a competitive marketplace. This colleague will play an integral role in the team by leading and supporting several important & varied commercial initiatives, including global peer-to-peer (P2P) education, congress strategy and competitive intelligence for the brand. This position requires proven success in establishing partnerships across functions, learning and situational agility, and strong detail-oriented executional skills. The position requires a marketer who has global, regional or in-country marketing experience. The role will conclude at the end of October 2026. The secondee will report to the Global IBRANCE lead.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Plan, evolve and execute ELEVATE 2026 (P2P): Partner with Medical Affairs and other cross-functional and country colleagues to evolve and lead ELEVATE, our signature peer-to-peer (P2P) educational program. Program is scheduled for September 2026 and is an opportunity to educate stakeholders and demonstrate Pfizer’s MBC leadership.
Lead IBRANCE presence at prioritized congresses (e.g., ESMO BC, ESMO): Lead IBRANCE sponsorships, booth presence and symposia at congresses through October 2026. Collaborate with Medical to engage KOLs and develop impactful content, and pursue approaches to maximize impact; lead booth and overall congress tactics.
Lead Competitive Intelligence collection and communication: Ensure updated perspective on evolving competitive landscape, maintain competitive playbook, and monitor, assess and communicate competitive events and their implications.
Manage Global BCNET platform and community: Ensure updated Sharepoint, manage email communications to colleagues and coordinate live BCNET community meetings across BC brands and functions.
Lead or support additional prioritized activities as required given the dynamic nature of the IBRANCE competitive environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
BA/BS 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS 5+ years of marketing experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech and /or Commercial pharmaceutical industry OR PhD or JD with 1+ years of experience.
Global, regional, or country marketing experience required
Oncology experience and/or experience leading KOL engagement initiatives preferred
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively lead by influence to implement strategies and tactics
Proven ability to proactively lead the thinking - connect, communicate, influence and persuade.
Hands-on experience leading communication platforms, managing agencies and/or other related projects.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills; ability to uncover insights, synthesize and evaluate information, draw conclusions and make recommendations

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
