Our Internship Program:

Take-Two’s Internship Program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to gain substantive, first-hand business insight over the course of a thirteen-month paid internship. Interns will gain hands-on exposure in the area(s) of their desired interests as well as participate in team-based projects. Our internships are created with the intent that students walk away with meaningful learning experiences that enhance both their personal and professional development goals. T2's Internship Program also serves as a gateway to building a talent pool of rising stars for permanent roles.

 

Duration - 13 Months

The Challenge:

The Intern, Global Internal Communications role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team at a highly successful, forward-thinking video game company with over 12,000 employees in 27 countries.

The role will support the Senior Specialist and Global Internal Communications Team with creating, updating, collating and distributing communications as well as providing operational and process-driven support to contribute to a communications center of excellence.

This Intern, Global Internal Communications will play a meaningful role in shaping and scaling our internal storytelling — with a focus on showcasing our benefits and wellbeing programs.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Specialist, internal and external stakeholders to create and deliver high-impact communications and to centralize related processes.
  • Support a variety of departments, with a primary focus on benefits and wellbeing.
  • Manage a library of resources across a number of channels e.g., Company intranets, HTML sites, and storage drives.
  • Improve the user experience of our Company’s intranet through consistent naming conventions and meta-tags, testing new functionality and use of self-service tools.
  • Draft communications for employees and HR that reflect our Company voice.
  • Partner with internal and external graphics design teams to progress design work.
  • Support the development of a global communications calendar.  
  • Plan regular employee-focused LinkedIn content campaigns.
  • Distribute and measure the impact of communications. 
  • Organize and moderate employee webinars with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support the Senior Specialist with timely and sensitive issues.

 

What You Bring:

Eligibility 

  • Must be a second year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place.
  • Available to start working full time from July 2025.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm to be involved in different types of projects and develop skills across communications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to project manage and meet competing deadlines.
  • Curiosity to ask questions and learn about the existing culture and work styles.
  • Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and be part of a lean and nimble team.
  • Ability to thrive in an exciting and dynamic environment.
  • Sound judgment, confidence, refinement, and positive energy.
  • Willingness to work five days a week in the office.
  • The ability to be flexible, shift with the needs of the business, and perform well under pressure.
