Job Description:
Role Purpose
You will support global change initiatives to drive and embed continuous improvement to our HR policies, processes, technology and ways of working. You will partner with other HR change, comms, process and technology colleagues, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent and thorough delivery of change and enablement activities, creating global approaches and assets.
Key Accountabilities
Help develop comprehensive change management plans that outline the objectives, scope, stakeholders, timelines, and resources required for successful change implementation.
Develop global assets (Knowledge Articles, How to Guides, Training, Videos, Communications, Briefing packs etc) to ensure consistent and thorough delivery of change and enablement activities.
Support regional change managers in the design and delivery of change management and communication support for Workday releases, key Workday adoption initiatives and other HR priority initiatives.
Draft and distribute HR communications and email updates, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and reviewed by relevant stakeholders before release.
Partner with Global HR COEs and regional teams to design, build, and maintain the Global HR Employee Hub, ensuring consistent application of global HR standards and consistency across all areas and markets.
Develop content designed to improve user experience, working with Content Editors to create and maintain those assets, maintain inventories, against content governance in place.
Provide creative support through the development of videos, animations and “teasers” to ensure we continue engaging people; help us continually improve what we do.
Drive a consistent dentsu brand and user experience across all HR content and channels, ensuring alignment with global design principles, tone of voice, and accessibility standards.
Design and deliver learning initiatives to support the adoption of Workday, HR process and ways of working.
Provide guidance and creative input on ways to elevate our knowledge and content assets both in Workday (Notifications, Helptext, Announcements, Banners, Knowledge Articles) and in other content tools such as Neon.
Encourage knowledge sharing and self-service through our intranet site, guides and demos, in line with our knowledge management strategy.
Work as a key member of the Global HR Change Network, ensuring this is a strong network to share information and keep the community informed.
Serve as a champion for change within the organization, inspiring and motivating employees to embrace new ideas and ways of working. Lead by example and foster a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Professional Skills
Understanding of HR processes, with experience supporting global HR initiatives.
Familiarity with Workday key modules and business processes
Experience of and understanding of complex international organizations with high degree of legal, cultural, and service line variation.
Great attention to detail and able to deliver high quality outputs.
Strong communication, finding creative and reliable methods to convey the need for change clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, self-awareness, ability to manage conflict diplomatically are essential and the proven ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
Be a true change champion, leading cross-functional teams and inspiring others to embrace change.
Execution-oriented dynamic problem solver who thrives on change and playing a key part in driving major, transformational enterprise efforts.
Business and commercial acumen, a proven track record of contributing to a leadership team.
Strong project management and organizational skills, excellent time management and ability to multi-task among competing demands.
